Analysis

 Analytical Frameworks

Our intention is that over time, we will develop tools and frameworks that can be used to quickly analyse problems and opportunities and bring novel perspectives that will create value.

We could use the well-understood PESTELED as a starting point. It is an extension of the PESTEL model.

PESTELED   posits political, economic, social, technological, environmental, legal, ethical, and demographic factors as the key externalities that shape an organisation. They shape the context within which it can operate. So, if we were trying to explore what is different about a particular location (in this case, India) when compared to our own situation and how much those differences give the opportunity to operate novel models, PESTLED might be a decent starting point.

Political factors include government regulations and policies, political stability, tax policies, and international trade agreements (EdrawMax, n.d.).

Economic factors include interest rates, the country's inflation rate, GDP growth, and exchange rates of different countries (Ross, 2021).

Social factors include social trends, cultural factors, and consumer choices. Social factors tend to be more difficult to quantify than economic ones (Peterdy, 2022).

Technological Factors include technical advancement and digital transformation..   (Alicia   Phaneuf,   2022).

Environmental factors include environmental sustainability,   climate change effects, global warming, and other environmental regulations.

Legal factors include laws and regulations.

Ethical factors include a range of elective considerations.

Demographic factors include labour and material availability, accessibility, and affordability of different resources.
